Delete your GNML+ account
GNML+ provides account deletion directly inside the app.
Delete from the app
- Open GNML+ and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete Account.
- Type DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion.
The account-deletion flow removes your GNML+ account and account-linked data from the active service. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Account deletion is designed to remove your profile and account-linked collection data, trades, partner activity, messages, Community content, ratings, notification preferences, push tokens, entitlements, and other user-owned records and uploaded media tied to the account.
Limited retention
GNML+ may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect security, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve disputes. Any retained information is limited to the purpose requiring retention.
Can’t access the app?
Email accounts@gnmlplus.com with the subject GNML+ Account Deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request made outside the signed-in app.
