This policy explains the information GNML+ uses to operate the companion app, website, and beta services.
Information GNML+ uses
GNML+ uses information you provide or create, including account and profile details, email address, in-game username or friend link, sticker collection data, trades, partner activity, Community posts, comments and images, reports, feedback, beta applications, notification preferences, and device push tokens when push notifications are enabled.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate collection and trade features, coordinate partner events, deliver notifications, provide Community features, prevent abuse, moderate content, respond to support requests, review beta applications, and improve GNML+.
Messages and user content
Trade and partner chat data is processed to provide conversations and related safety features. Community posts and images may be visible to other GNML+ users according to the feature’s design. GNML+ does not ask users to include passwords in feedback or support requests.
Service providers
GNML+ uses service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, database and file storage, app delivery, diagnostics, and notification delivery. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services. GNML+ does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Safety and moderation
Reports and moderation information may be used to investigate abuse, enforce restrictions, protect users, and maintain service integrity. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can manage notification preferences, blocked players, profile information, and other controls from Settings. You can permanently delete your account in the app. See Account Deletion for details.
Beta applications
If you apply to the GNML+ beta, we use the information submitted on the application to evaluate tester fit, contact applicants, organize testing, and manage invitations. A beta application does not guarantee access.
Children
GNML+ is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as GNML+ changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
