How can we help?
For app, account, privacy, or access questions, contact GNML+ directly. Beta testers can also send bug reports and feedback from inside the app.
Email support
Include your GNML+ username and a short description of the issue. Never send your password.
Account access
If you cannot sign in, use the Forgot Password option on the GNML+ login screen. For verification or account-specific help, email support.
Safety concerns
When possible, use the in-app report tools for concerns involving another player or Community content. That helps attach the report to the correct account or content.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can permanently delete their GNML+ account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, see the account deletion page.
