These terms apply to use of GNML+ and its related beta services.
Using GNML+
You may use GNML+ only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service or other users. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Independent companion service
GNML+ is an independent companion service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Scopely, Hasbro, or the operators or owners of Monopoly GO!. Third-party game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
User content and conduct
You retain responsibility for content you submit. Do not post unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, or dangerous content, and do not use GNML+ to scam, impersonate, threaten, or exploit other users. GNML+ may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
Trades and player-to-player activity
GNML+ helps users organize and evaluate player-to-player activity but does not guarantee that another player will complete a trade, partner contribution, or other action. Users remain responsible for decisions they make with other players.
Beta software
During beta testing, features may change, contain bugs, be temporarily unavailable, or be reset. Beta access may be limited or ended as testing needs change.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, add, or remove features as GNML+ develops. We may update these terms and will post a revised effective date when changes are published.
